Returns CHLOECHEN is happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
All returned items must be unworn, unused, and include the original tags and intact packaging.
Items in our "excluded item" category are non-refundable, including: • Discounted & Final Sale items (including markdowns and items purchased with discount codes). These items can only be returned once, but no refund will be issued. • Footwear with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.
Items can be returned to our retail stores (Hong Kong) or by post. We do not provide return labels, and shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
We will not be responsible for item damages or items lost during the return delivery. Please ensure you contact our customer care team at cs@chloechen.combefore returning an item. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.
Refunds Once the returned item(s) have been quality-checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method along with a confirmation email detailing the refund. It can take up to 14-21 business days to process returned items, subject to compliance with our Return Policy. Please note that it may also take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction.
CHLOECHEN reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in case of any dispute.
