General Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, there may be instances of stock discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for restocking of the backordered item or prefer a refund.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected with your purchase. This amount will be the final shipping cost for you.
Returns Return Due to Change of Mind CHLOECHEN happily accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided that a return request is received within 7 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and customers must arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. We will notify you via email once this is completed. CHLOECHEN will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund any shipping costs paid.
Delivery Terms Domestic Transit Time Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
International Transit Time Orders shipped internationally typically transit for 4 - 22 days, depending on the courier selected. We can provide a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.
Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. We take steps to minimize shipment delays during these times.
Change of Delivery Address Requests to change the delivery address can be accommodated at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping CHLOECHEN will ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We cannot offer courier services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping We can ship to military addresses using USPS, but not via courier services.
Items Out of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund those items while dispatching the rest of your order.
Delivery Time Exceeded If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted duration, please contact us so we can investigate.

The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
